All purchased products not scheduled for delivery must be picked up within 7 days of the purchase date.
Any products not received at the time of purchase are eligible for a refund within 7 days of the purchase date only.
A valid receipt is required to receive your product or request a refund.
If a delivery is scheduled and our driver arrives at the delivery location but is unable to unload due to customer refusal, site inaccessibility, or direction to turn away, the delivery will be considered attempted and completed. Any future delivery of the same order will require payment of a new, full delivery fee.
